Do you need help making a return?

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by avalonsunsetcandles.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. 

Our standard policy is to accept most returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. 
Please note that if an item was not designated as a gift when purchased, the refund will be issued to the purchaser regardless of who returns it. For more information about our refund policies, click here.
